What the evidence can and cannot say

What we know

Two randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind ascending-dose studies in healthy adults found sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 after CJC-1295. A separate human study found increased trough and mean GH secretion with preserved pulsatility. These are real pharmacodynamic findings.

What we do not know

Biomarker changes do not establish better body composition, injury recovery, sleep, vitality, or longevity. The published human work does not provide a replicated clinical-outcome basis for those popular claims, and long-term safety remains insufficiently characterized.
